During your stay we will be happy to offer dinner when 4 or more
guests book in advance.
A 3 course set menu highlighting local produce in season will be served in our lovely kitchen with the fire glowing in the background. A perfect setting.
The menu will be available at the time of booking and reservations must be made in advance ( no less than 72h please ) .
You will appreciate that our menus will feature only seasonal , local produce.
We are unable to modify the set menu on the day .
Cancellations with less than 24h notice will be billed at 50% to cover costs .
A sample menu :
velouté of chestnuts served with crispy bacon
Venison stew served with red cabbage and apples and pan-fried
spaetzles ( small Alsace pasta dumplings)
Christmas bread and butter pudding served with home made crème anglaise
Wines, specially selected to accompany dinner, will be available
by the glass or full bottles.
Liqueurs will be available with coffee in the lounge after dinner .

Drinks are not included in the menu price
