While restaurants remain closed, we will be offering dinner.
Starting at 7pm an aperitif will be served in the sitting-room by the fire while Margaret puts the finishing touches to dinner .
A 4 course set menu highlighting local produce in season will be served in our lovely kitchen with the fire glowing in the background.
A perfect setting.
The menu will be available at the time of booking and reservations must be made in advance ( no less than 72h please ) .
You will appreciate that our menus will feature only seasonal , local produce.
We are unable to modify the set menu on the day . Cancellations with less than 24h notice will be billed at 50% to cover costs .

a glass of 'cremant d'Alsace' served with savoury toasts
velouté of butternut served with burrata and chorizo
Farm chicken in a cream and riesling sauce served with pan-fried
spaetzles ( small Alsace pasta dumplings) and seasonal vegetables
cheese plate served with chutney and rustic bread

Coffee and chocolates.
Wines, specially selected to accompany dinner, will be available
by the glass or full bottles.
Liqueurs will available with coffee in the lounge after dinner .
