New at La Haute Grange

 

We will be cooking dinner for our guests starting this month with the Christms market season just around the corner .

Dinner will be available on the evening of your choice providing we have  a minimum of 4 guests  

 

Starting at 7pm an aperitif will be served in the sitting-room by the fire while Margaret puts the finishing touches to dinner .

A 3 or 4 - course set menu  highlighting local produce in season will be served in our lovely kitchen with the fire glowing in the background.

A perfect setting for a winter's night .

 

The menu will be available at the time of booking and reservations must be made in advance  no less than 72h please . 

You will appreciate that once a reservation is made all cancellations will be billed at 50% to cover costs .

 

A sample menu :

 

a glass of 'cremant d'Alsace' served with savoury toasts 

 

velouté of butternut served with burrata and chorizo 

 

Farm chicken in a cream and riesling sauce served with pan-fried spaetzles ( small Alsace pasta dumplings) and seasonal vegetables

 

cheese plate served with chutney and rustic bread

Coffee and chocolates. 

 

Wines, specially selected to accompany dinner,  will be available by the glass or full bottles.

Liqueurs will available  with coffee in the lounge after dinner .

3 - course menu - 40 € PP
